Who We Are

Intimate Truths is a digital publication for women who believe that understanding your own desires is an act of self-respect.

We publish personal essays, first-person narratives, and stories about intimacy, emotional honesty, and the quiet parts of relationships that most people never talk about out loud. The women who write for us are not experts or therapists. They are ordinary people who decided to say the thing they had been keeping to themselves — and found that saying it changed something.

We started Intimate Truths because we noticed a gap. There is no shortage of advice about relationships. But advice assumes you already know what you want. A lot of women don't — not because something is wrong with them, but because no one ever gave them a safe space to figure it out.

That is what this publication is for.

What we believe:

Every woman deserves to understand her own desires without shame. Curiosity is not a flaw. Privacy is not the same as secrecy. And the most honest conversations sometimes start alone, on a screen, at midnight, when no one else is watching.

We are independent. Our editorial decisions are our own. When we work with partners or sponsors, we say so clearly — and we hold sponsored content to the same standard as everything else we publish.
